Sales CRM
A CRM shaped around one sales team instead of configured out of a generic one.

Problem
Off-the-shelf CRMs need weeks of configuration and still do not match how the team actually sells. Worse, the real conversation lives in Outlook, so somebody ends up retyping context that already exists.
Architecture
- 01
Core
Contacts, accounts, a kanban deal board, tasks, activities and templated email, over Express and Prisma with Postgres behind it.
- 02
Roles
JWT auth splitting admin, sales and read-only, with Zod validation, helmet and rate limiting on the API.
- 03
Enrichment
Lusha fills in contact detail on lookup so a rep is not copying data off a website.
- 04
Email that stays put
Microsoft Graph OAuth pulls the real Outlook thread onto the deal record. Nobody retypes what already happened.
- 05
Operations
Caddy in front for automatic HTTPS, with daily and weekly backups on systemd timers and a restore script beside them.
Impact
The sales team’s daily system of record
Email context lives on the deal rather than in one person’s inbox
Backups run on a timer with a restore path that has been exercised
